Personal data protection policy

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we herby inform you that: the administrator of the data is DSR SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA with its registered office in Wrocław at: ul. Legnicka 55F, 54-203 Wrocław KRS data may be collected during the use of the service through the analysis of access logs and when the user sends e-mails to the data administrator – for technical, statistical and request processing purposes ( Art. 6.1.f. GDPR), without your explicit consent your personal data will not be shared with data recipients. You have the following rights: the right of access to the content of the data (pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR); the right to rectification of the data (pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR); the right to erasure of the data (pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR); the right to limit the processing of the data (pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR); the right to data portability (in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR); the right to object (in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR), the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) in case the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR.

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Please note that the information you provide may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. We would like to reassure you that data will not be transferred to a third country. Furthermore, data will be stored until an objection is raised.
