Functional design
The functional design stage is a fundamental part of Project, which aims to create a consensus document describing the benefits, costs and details of the project. During this test phase, the plant refines the hardware requirements. The project becomes the functional plan for the implementation of the project and describes not only the equipment required, but also provides details of the project in time, for example, which transactions warehouse and production will be determined at this stage.
Implementation
After agreeing on the functional design, hardware is ordered and software is installed by our qualified staff. Testing, training and commissioning of the system are held in accordance with the detailed plan of the project. After the implementation is carried out a view of whether all benefits have been achieved.
