In order to ensure high standards in the implementation of our work, we use proven methods of implementation using the standards of PMI. The basic assumption, are implementation of best business practices, deep refinement (customisation) of solutions in key areas for the company’s success and used pre- configured solutions for other areas. We focus around the project objectives. We try to allow our implementation the development of solutions with increasing client’s needs. This approach allows us to reduce the time and cost of implementation and reduce the cost of post-implementation support. This is done without reducing the efficiency of the implementation in the critical areas as compared to the traditional approach.
