Aim of the project: development, prototype and real-life testing of monitoring and diagnostic tools in the selection of factors having a significant impact on the efficiency index of dedicated production units based on the paradigms of control theory to optimize production processes in industry.
Planned effects: Creating a tool that allows modeling of specific types of production units to determine the relevant factors affecting the value of performance indicators. The knowledge obtained during the use of the innovative tool will be used to optimize the work of production units and make key decisions leading to the achievement of specific results related to the strategic goals of the production enterprise.
